Job summary

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a highly organized Client Services Coordinator to join a growing financial advisory team in Chicago. The role combines client service, investment operations, reporting, accounting, technology, and compliance in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You will prepare client reports, run detailed investment data, and build Excel-driven analyses while coordinating with broker-dealers and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or strong internship experience in financial services, wealth management, or accounting.
• Excellent Excel skills, ability to build spreadsheets from scratch with formulas.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts (AP/AR, reconciliations, debits/credits).
• Comfort with modern workplace tech including cloud tools and collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across client service, reporting, investment operations, accounting, and office functions.
• Prepare daily and periodic client reports, account summaries, and presentations.
• Run reports detailing client positions, activity, and asset allocations.
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets from scratch with formulas.
• Assist with client requests including document handling and money movement.
• Serve as liaison with broker-dealer and outside providers.
• Review invoices and assist with basic AP/AR tasks.
• Support FINRA compliance processes and related reporting.
