Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral member of a centralized Client Service Team, providing operational and administrative support to advisor teams and clients.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by managing onboarding activities, maintaining accurate client data, and assisting with contracting procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings to support timely and effective communication between advisor teams and clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications through the funding process.
  • Support tax season activities, including organizing tax data, gathering and tracking client consents, finalizing tax returns, coordinating estimated payments, and facilitating e-filing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to complete investment and operational tasks related to client accounts.
  • Assist with requests involving Special Investments and Private Equity.
  • Support teams with tracking and reporting Quality Control metrics to help maintain high standards of client service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure client-related requests are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented professional environment.

Job Title: Client Analyst

Location: Deerfield, IL

Duration: 12 Months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $25/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

Required Qualifications
