SPS is seeking a Client Services Associate to keep our workplace running smoothly, delivering premium service to employees and guests. You will manage mail logistics, maintain show-ready facilities, and support reception as needed.

This role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and 1+ year in hospitality, retail, or office services are a plus; you should be able to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and work with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services preferred.
• Physical: Standing/walking most of the day; lift up to 40 lbs (or use a cart up to 60 lbs).
• Communication: Sharp verbal and written skills for coordinating with vendors and employees.
• Travel: Negligible.

Responsibilities

• The Logistics Lead: Manage mail/packages lifecycle from intake to outbound shipping with chain-of-custody.
• The Experience Curator: Maintain show-ready status of Business Service Center, kitchens, and conference rooms.
• The Problem Solver: Keep multi-function devices and copy/print equipment running; first responder when issues arise.
• The Front-of-House Pro: Back up for reception and concierge, greeting guests warmly and professionally.
• The Project Ally: Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
