Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Service Manager (Specialist) in PCIS to deliver expansive client support and service across multiple internal and external partners. You will address account management, transfers, and trading resolutions while upholding risk controls.

Role emphasizes collaboration, process improvements, and exceptional client experience in a hybrid on-site environment with a strong focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or brokerage/client service.
• Strong service and client contact skills, with interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to prioritize complex tasks.
• Digital proficiency across multiple apps including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely, accurate information.
• Acquire PCRA product and service knowledge; serve as primary contact for partnerships.
• Manage multiple tasks with high productivity and excellent service quality.
• Analyze, research, and resolve client cases with timely communication.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and client experience.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and sound judgment to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist the Provider Service Team in regular service and operation functions for B2B clients.
• Adhere to compliance and risk procedures and corporate protocols.
