Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring a Client Service Manager (Specialist) within the PCIS group. You will deliver broad service and support to external and internal clients, working with cross-functional teams including Service, Operations, Product, Client Experience, and Trading.

Responsibilities include handling account management issues, money transfers, and trading resolutions while maintaining high service standards. A strong background in client service and financial services is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services or brokerage.
• 2+ years of client service experience in retirement/brokerage.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Professional, consultative communication with clients.
• Advanced analytical skills for prioritizing tasks.
• Sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and online tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely information to service and operational functions.
• Respond to client inquiries or concerns and build knowledge of PCRA/HSBA products.
• Balance high productivity with excellent service quality while meeting SLAs.
• Analyze, research, and resolve client cases with guidance from management.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and client experience.
• Adhere to compliance and risk procedures and corporate protocols.
• Assist the Provider Service Team in regular service functions for B2B clients.
