Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Thomasville, NC is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Medicare-certified home health office. You will oversee client services coordination, scheduling, and the caseload while delivering superior home care.

The role emphasizes building relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and the local community, plus collaboration with Clinical Managers. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior Medicare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, Associates at minimum.
• Medicare knowledge and OASIS a plus.
• Experience in medical office or home care preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.).
• Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.
