Family & Nursing Care in the DC Metro area is seeking a Client Services Manager Associate to join our growing home care team in the Maryland/Washington area. You will deliver exceptional customer service while building relationships with clients, families, and professional partners.

This full-time role requires strong communication, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and a proactive approach to managing client needs and educating families about our services and community

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and professional partners.

• Collaborate with office staff, gather and document client feedback, maintain clear and timely records, and participate in community events and office hours in senior living communities as needed.
