Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or management role within healthcare.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and care planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to lead a compassionate team and manage operations.
• On-call rotation required.
