Family & Nursing Care in the DC Metro area is seeking a Client Services Manager Associate to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and professional partners.

You will collaborate with office staff, document client feedback, maintain records, and participate in community events and office hours in senior living communities as needed. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.
