Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead quality care and client satisfaction for home-based services in the Silverdale, WA area. You will supervise caregivers, manage employee scheduling, resolve issues with urgency, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients.

You’ll ensure documentation, conduct periodic home visits and safety checks, and support a compassionate, professional team.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field (per regulatory requirements).
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction
• Supervise and guide caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served
