BAYADA Home Health Care in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead client services coordination and scheduling in a compassionate home health care setting. You will cultivate relationships with clients and referral sources while overseeing a caseload and collaborating with Clinical Managers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, experience in staffing/scheduling in home care, and strong communication and computer skills, including EMR usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Comparable experience staffing/scheduling at a home care agency preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities
