BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our Raleigh Assistive Care State Programs Office in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on coordinating client services, managing scheduling, and building strong relationships with clients and referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree and experience in staffing/home care, with supervisory skills and Medicaid familiarity. BAYADA offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Comparable experience staffing/scheduling at a home care agency preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Experience with Medicaid is preferred.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees (HHAs and CNAs).

The Client Services Manager will:

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it

• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team

• Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees (HHAs and CNAs)

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:
