Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Elmsford, NY is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead our client services team in the Elmsford Skilled Nursing office.

You will manage scheduling, coordinate care, build relationships with clients and referral sources, and oversee caseload growth. A background in medical office or home health is preferred, with strong communication and supervisory skills.

We offer competitive base salary of $60,000–$66,300 per year, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• A demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
• A strong desire to grow and advance beyond the current role.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

Base salary: $60,000–$66,300 per year, depending on qualifications.
