Director of Commercial Lines Operations / VP of Commercial Lines Integration / Commercial Lines Practice Leader

Our client is a well-established insurance agency looking for an experienced operations leader to help bring more structure and consistency to how the organization runs day to day. This is a senior seat that calls for real credibility — someone who can step in front of teams, build alignment, and lead from a position of trust rather than simply managing process.

This is an hybrid position based in the Portland, OR area — candidates need to be local and able to work in-office as needed. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial lines insurance background along with real leadership experience in client service and/or operations. They're someone who's comfortable leading people through change and improving process rather than simply maintaining what's already in place, with enough seniority to operate independently and earn credibility quickly across different teams.
