Summary/Objective

We’re looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and highly capable Credit Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and serves as a true utility player within the credit function.

This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role that touches nearly every aspect of the credit process: from supporting underwriting and loan production to managing audits, overseeing construction draws, editing credit reports, organizing meetings, and assembling polished loan presentation packages. No two days will be the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Credit Administration and serve as a critical right hand in keeping the department running smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with risk and business objectives.

This is not just another credit role. You’ll be central to how the credit department operates — the go-to resource for solving problems, filling gaps, and keeping things moving. If you’re someone who likes variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in doing quality work across disciplines, this role was made for you.
