The role requires hybrid work with on-site presence 3+ days weekly at an Orion office location; candidates should live within commutable distance to an office. Experience in financial services and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; background in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in customer services or multi-ops leadership roles.
• 3–5 years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Services department and managers.
• Drive strategic goals with VP; monitor weekly task lists and KPIs.
• Improve advisor and client experiences; ensure compliance and security.
• Collaborate with other departments on improvement projects.
• Provide back-up support during absences and lead training initiatives.
• Align resources to meet financial, performance, and service targets.
