Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Client Services internship in Meridian, ID. The role supports post-implementation client interactions with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.

Active bachelor’s degree enrollment is required with a graduation window of Dec 2027–Spring 2028; strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel are preferred. This is an on-site, five-day-per-week role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a defined graduation window (Dec 2027–Spring 2028).
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills for business correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
• Process requests and resolve routine client issues to support high-volume operations.
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in company systems.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to escalate and resolve complex client needs.
