Job summary

CORT Events in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Client Services Consultant to act as the main liaison between customers, Sales and Operations, delivering high-touch support through the sales and service process.

The role handles inquiries, prepares quotes, coordinates logistics and upsells to grow business. This is an onsite position at the Corporate office in Las Vegas with a 7am–4pm schedule.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or admin.
• Experience with email and calendar tools (Outlook) is required.
• Experience with CRM such as Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in tradeshow/events industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client experiences by listening to needs and offering solutions.
• Participate in virtual meetings with customers, Operations and Sales.
• Manage client support during the sales process including quotes and upselling.
• Coordinate logistics for VIP events and complex deliveries, upload diagrams/floorplans.
• Maintain Salesforce records and collaborate with Finance on balances and refunds.
• Delegate admin tasks to Customer Service Administrators as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
