Job summary

American Technology Services, Inc. (ATS) is seeking a Client Services Engineer to deliver on-site support and strategic advisory for client networks and infrastructure.

You will engage directly with clients, analyze current systems, and propose improvements while supporting projects like cloud migrations and network refreshes. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge (O365, Azure, AD, Cisco, Windows Server, VMware) and outstanding communication skills to build trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with over 5 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, Windows Server.
• Microsoft, Cisco, VMware certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the Managed Services sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-site support for a client's network and infrastructure.
• Analyze existing hardware, software, and network capabilities and advise client management.
• Gather information from systems and users to improve efficiency with innovative solutions.
• Assist on projects including infrastructure cloud migrations, network refreshes, and virtualization refreshes.
• Work independently and in team environments, including with clients.
• Troubleshoot and analyze servers and network systems.
• Multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple customers with timely action items.
• Create and maintain client environment documentation.
• Familiar with backup solutions and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with end-users; occasional after-hours dispatch may be required.
