Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is hiring a Client Service Representative/Dispatcher in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on delivering first-rate service, scheduling, and courteous client interactions.

You will coordinate technician workloads, answer inquiries, and ensure timely invoicing and maintenance follow-ups. You must have at least two years in client-care/dispatch and familiarity with ServiceTitan, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in related industry with client care and dispatch experience.
• Experience in ServiceTitan software
• Advanced communication and customer service skills
• Geographical knowledge of service area and/or GPS/map reading skills
• Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls, schedules appointment windows, and holds debriefing with technicians daily
• Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, or problems expediently
• Maintains the service technician schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing
• Follows up and schedules preventive maintenance service appointments
• Reviews completed service work orders for accuracy. Prepares invoices and timecards for processing
• Participates in inventory administration and oversight
• Responds to service technician requests both online and by phone
