Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Client Service Representative/Dispatcher to be the first point of contact with customers, schedule appointment windows, and dispatch technicians to service calls while maintaining courteous, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a related role, experience with ServiceTitan, and strong communication and computer skills (Word/Excel). GED or high school diploma required; background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in related industry with client care and dispatch experience.
• Experience in ServiceTitan software.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Geographical knowledge of service area and/or GPS/map reading skills.
• Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming calls, schedules appointment windows, and holds debriefing with technicians daily
• Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, or problems expediently
• Maintains the service technician schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing
• Follows up and schedules preventive maintenance service appointments
• Reviews completed service work orders for accuracy. Prepares invoices and timecards for processing
• Participates in inventory administration and oversight
• Responds to service technician requests both online and by phone
