Job summary

Roku is seeking a Manager, Client Services to lead strategic account management, oversee delivery of tailored advertising solutions, and drive revenue growth with key clients in a fast-paced media environment.

You will manage 5-7 direct reports, coach teams, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate across Sales, AdOps, Product, and Marketing to optimize processes and maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

8-10 years of consultative experience in account management/client services in Adtech or media.
Experience managing large-scale operations and driving business growth.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
Strong leadership with coaching and career development.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic account management and delivery of advertising solutions for key clients.
