Job summary

CORT USA in New York is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to blend customer service, order management, and sales support. You’ll serve as a central coordinator for online customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate, timely solutions and high satisfaction.

The role is full-time and onsite in the New York office, with a pay rate of $27.00 per hour and a 9am-6pm M-F schedule. Strong organization, relationship-building, and Salesforce proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Prior customer service or sales support experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and close rental agreements with proper procedures.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to support sales efforts.
• Facilitate post-delivery transactions for existing customers.
• Protect store assets and ensure security procedures.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, schedules, and communications.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional interactions.
