Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Associate in Milford, DE Pediatric Nursing Office. You will join a mission-driven team delivering compassionate home health care to clients in the community.

The role focuses on coordinating client services, maintaining high-quality service, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources. Monday–Friday, no on-call, with opportunities for growth within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Prior medical office, healthcare staffing, home care, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• 4-year college degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
• Strong communication skills for challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and manage emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop relationships with office and field teams.
• Monitor admissions, referrals, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.
• Participate in client meet-and-greets and ensure exceptional client experience.
