BAYADA Home Health Care in Hickory, NC is seeking a Client Services Associate to coordinate client services and emergent scheduling in our Skilled Nursing Office.

You will build strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources and care teams, monitor caseload metrics, and partner with Clinical Managers to support field staff. BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 4-year college degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior medical office, healthcare staffing, home care, or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong computer skills including experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to grow professionally within BAYADA.

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
