Job summary

RiseMe Advertising is seeking an Advertising Coordinator to manage advertising and marketing projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across print, digital, and on-property channels.

The role supports events, promotions, and campaigns, while maintaining production schedules and budgets. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in marketing, advertising, casino marketing, or casino services preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Macintosh and PC computers.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the workflow of advertising and marketing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Produce and manage advertising materials including print, digital, social media, video, signage, and promotional assets.
• Schedule, track, and expedite jobs to meet deadlines and move approved projects into production.
• Create presentations and marketing materials for various projects and departments.
• Maintain calendars for events, promotions, and production schedules.
• Maintain and organize design files and production assets.
• Assist with graphic design, layout production, photography, and proofreading as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, tribal, and casino policies and procedures.
