• Greet and direct visitors, screen calls, and provide general information and assistance to Waiver Support Managers, Assistant Program Directors, Program Director, and Executive Director.
• Perform general office duties and use computer programs such as Windows Excel/Word/Access/Web-based software.
• Maintain confidentiality for all consumer information and facility operations.
• Complete documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
