Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in Dallas to provide administrative support for a group of sales professionals. You will prepare proposals, presentations, and communications, and coordinate internal/external marketing materials.

You will collect documentation for voucher forms and broker commissions, maintain brand messaging, and coordinate client property packages. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to edit templates

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals.
  • 2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferred.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preparation of vouchers and commissions payments.
  • Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory and produce marketing materials.
  • Coordinate property information packages and meet with groups to complete packages.
  • Coordinate client-specific property packages and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences with internal teams.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, arrange travel, and reserve meeting rooms.
  • Update and maintain various databases and generate standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Coordinate advertising schedules with local centralized marketing group.
  • Explain complex information clearly and write routine reports and communications.
  • Respond to questions or complaints and present information to large groups of employees.

About The Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and communications material and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

What You’ll Do
  • Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers commission payments.
  • Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce marketing materials.
  • Review marketing material and act as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
  • Coordinate the preparation and production of client specific property packages.
  • Coordinate sophisticated meetings and conferences.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations.
  • Update and maintain various information databases.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
  • Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications.
  • Respond to common questions or complaints.
  • Present information to a large group of employees.
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma.
  • 3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals
  • 2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferred.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
  • Strong marketing knowledge desirable.
