Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Administrator to coordinate departmental and financial activities within the Property Management function. You will support vendor management, contract processes and onboarding while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will work with market leaders, prepare monthly forecasts, and drive improvements in service delivery and governance. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and problem solving.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced math skills including percentages, discounts and markups.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a Market Leader to improve service delivery to customers.

  • Verify accuracy of management and leasing contract information.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, ARs and contract execution.
  • Support the contract execution process.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate laws and guidelines.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures and governance.
  • Assist People/HR transition to onboard incumbent staff.
  • Manage the client termination process.
  • May participate in Asset Services internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems; propose new techniques.
  • Impact team and related teams; suggest process improvements.

About The Role

As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with a Market Leader to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management.
  • Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
  • Support the contract execution process.
  • Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
  • Support the People/HR transition team to timely and efficiently onboard incumbent staff.
  • Manage the client termination process.
  • May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
