Job summary

Privatus Care Solutions seeks a Client Services Consultant (Home Care Sales) to grow our Palm Beach County reach. You will build relationships, educate families about private pay nursing and home health aide services, and drive revenue through consults, referrals, and scheduled meetings.

This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel within your territory. Base salary is $90–100K plus commission, with a benefits package and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key relationships, drive brand awareness and advance sales to meet revenue goals
• Develop referral relationships with case managers, social workers and physicians
• Build revenue through both cold calls and scheduled meetings
• Meet with potential clients and families to consult on service options
• Conduct client assessments in partnership with our clinical team
• Complete intake and service agreement documents for new clients
• Communicate closely with the operations team on potential new clients
• Participate in weekly sales meetings

The successful candidate is well versed in the challenges of healthcare and aging, confidently provides expert guidance to potential clients, and has excellent communication skills to build strong, trusting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
• Must be polished, detail-oriented and strategic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making

Strongly Preferred

• 2+ years of sales experience in private pay home care
• Established relationships within Palm Beach County
