Job summary

Domus Search is seeking an experienced sales professional to expand referrals in Palm Beach County for Home Health and Private Duty services. You will leverage an established book of business with ALFs and ILFs, building new relationships while managing existing accounts in a largely autonomous territory.

The role offers a base salary up to $150,000, plus an uncapped tiered commission and tailored incentives, with health and retirement benefits, and allowances to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Established book of business in Palm Beach County or strong regional network.
• Experience with ALFs and ILFs, and other healthcare referral sources.
• Experience in Home Health, Home Care or Private Duty segments.
• Ability to generate new business and consistently deliver results.
• Motivated, professional and relationship-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive Medicare and Private Duty referrals across Palm Beach County.
• Build and develop relationships with ALFs, ILFs and other referral sources.
• Leverage your book of business to grow market share.
• Develop new referral relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
• Manage territory autonomously under regional Director of Business Development.

My client is an established Home Health and Home Care organisation offering both Medicare and Private Duty services. This is an expansion opportunity for an experienced sales professional with an established book of business in Palm Beach County, particularly within Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Independent Living Facilities (ILFs).

The Company:

• Covering multiple counties across Florida
• Provides both Medicare and Private Duty services

• Well-staffed operational team with a dedicated referral team to process referrals promptly
• Ongoing development and progression opportunities into Sales Leadership

The role:

• Drive Medicare and Private Duty referrals and admissions across Palm Beach County
• Build and develop relationships with Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Independent Living Facilities (ILFs) and other healthcare referral sources
• Use your existing book of business to generate new opportunities and grow market share
• Develop new referral relationships while maintaining existing accounts
• Manage your territory with autonomy, reporting to the regional Director of Business Development
• Complete welcome calls and initial paperwork, with assessments managed by other team members
• An established book of business within Palm Beach County is essential
• Experience in Home Health, Home Care, Private Duty or a related healthcare sector
• Experience developing referral relationships, particularly with ALFs and ILFs
• Ability to generate new business and consistently deliver results
• Motivated, professional and relationship-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of sales performance and business development
• Basic salary of up to $150,000, depending on experience and book of business
• Uncapped, tiered commission structure, with earning potential increasing as you generate more business
