Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Money handling experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions accurately, manage cash, and maintain branch vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options Citi offers.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory procedures to protect assets and privacy.
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products and services.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and monitor performance metrics.
• Assess risk in decision-making, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.
