Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve high volume client interactions and schedule meetings via phone, in person, or virtually.
• Provide essential support to financial advisors and branch staff.
• Process client transactions and manage expenses and reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and research client information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and client/activity reports for servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain and utilize CRM records; assist with client events and marketing.
