Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will handle multiple tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain client information with accuracy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes effective communication across platforms, onboarding clients, and supporting branch staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and securities industry experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• SIE required; Series 7 required. Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for a high volume of daily client interactions across phone, email, in person, and virtual channels.
• Onboard new clients, open client accounts, and research client and security information using internal systems.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios on behalf of Financial Advisors.
• Create and maintain records using CRM software and monitor asset transfers and documentation.
