• Experience with client transactions and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients via phone, in-person, or virtual channels.
• Provides essential administrative support to financial advisors and branch staff.
• Processes client paperwork, verifies accuracy, and submits documents as required.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information in internal systems.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports for servicing clients and prospecting new business.
• Maintains records and files using CRM software and supports marketing events.
