Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients and branch staff. The role requires effective communication across platforms and the ability to organize and track complex tasks with frequent priority changes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with securities industry practices, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors and clients with high-volume interactions via phone, email, in-person, or virtually.
• Process client financial transactions and advisor/branch expenses and expense reports.
• Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
• Maintain records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
