Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual).
• Ability to organize, manage and track multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client information using internal databases.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios for Financial Advisors.
• Prepare financial reports and client meeting materials; monitor transfers and cash availability.
• Maintain client records in CRM and assist with marketing events.
