Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role provides high quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their clients, and branch staff.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively across platforms and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include client onboarding, account setup, trade support for discretionary and non-discretionary products, and preparing reports to improve practice

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; five years of financial services industry service experience.
• SIE required; Series 7; Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients and prospects.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and maintenance of client accounts and documentation.
• Support Financial Advisors with meetings, marketing efforts, and client communications.
