Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. The role requires strong communication across platforms and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes onboarding new clients, account setup, basic trading, reporting, and involvement in marketing efforts. A strong client-service mindset and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years financial services industry service experience.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.
• Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact handling a high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, virtually, and via mailings.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client and security information.
• Trade discretionary and non‑discretionary products; monitor model performance.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and marketing events.
