Job summary

Russell Tobin is assisting a leading Investment Management firm in the Salt Lake City area to hire Customer Service/Account Representatives on a contract basis. The role offers a 6–12 month window with potential conversion to a full-time position.

Responsibilities include client-facing support, daily account operations, data validation across internal systems, cross-team collaboration for reporting and compliance, and participating in process improvements within the operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus or similar experience
• Customer Support or Call Center experience (if not college graduated)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing support, addressing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
• Support day-to-day account operations, including account transactions and reconciliations
• Assist with processing, validating, and maintaining financial data across internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements within the operations team

Education

Bachelor’s degree is a plus OR similar experience
