This role supports the team with processing time-sensitive documents and patient requests. Responsibilities include analyzing accounts, verifying insurance eligibility, and delivering consumer-specific requests.

The ideal candidate should have an HS Diploma/GED, excellent computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers comprehensive paid training, medical benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Epic EHR system is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance and FDCPA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, validate, and deliver consumer specific requests.
• Analyze consumer mail or itemized billings for accuracy.
• Process all internal correspondence and account updates.
• Analyze accounts to resolve balance discrepancies and post payments and adjustments.
• Verify insurance eligibility when required.
• Inspect bankruptcy notifications.
• Process itemized statements and settlement offers.
