Triumph Financial, Inc. and its TBK Bank unit seek a Client Services Associate to facilitate accurate financial transactions and build strong customer relationships.

You’ll profile new and existing customers, recommend tailored products, and strive to exceed expectations to foster loyalty and cross-selling opportunities. The role involves opening new accounts, processing transactions per bank policies, handling stop payments and debit card orders, resolving issues, and contributing to branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years old or older.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service experience beneficial.
• Sales or cross-selling experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related tasks.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to various bank departments as appropriate.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
