Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• 6–12 months of bank teller or related experience.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate financial transactions.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and more.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain goodwill.
• Refer customers to bank departments as appropriate.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to regulations.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in bank-sponsored events and community activities.
