Simons Bitzer & Associates is seeking a Client Services Associate to support our accounting and tax professionals and ensure an excellent client experience. This role offers variety, meaningful responsibility, and opportunity to work closely with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, strong client service and communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong client service and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent proofreading, attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Accounting and Tax Departments, including processing and assembling reports and returns.
• Coordinate client information and communicate missing data to the team.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize daily assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain databases, filing systems, and client information; support engagement letters and proposals.
• Deliver professional client service through communications, scheduling, surveys, and delivery of completed work.
