Job summary

TBK Bank, a Triumph Financial subsidiary, seeks a Client Services Associate in a customer-focused role in Moline. You will facilitate accurate financial transactions and build lasting customer relationships by profiling clients and recommending bank products with professionalism.

You will handle account openings, payments, and cross-sell opportunities while upholding security and regulatory standards, contributing to branch goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older at start of employment.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales or cross-selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
