Job summary

Metis Search is seeking a Client Servicing Professional for a leading global hedge fund in New York. The role sits at the intersection of client service, investor relations and fund operations to support institutional investors and ensure a high level of service throughout the investor lifecycle.

You will coordinate onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions and reporting, and work with IR, Operations and Legal teams to deliver accurate client requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within client servicing, investor relations, fund operations or a similar role
• Strong understanding of hedge fund investor lifecycle and operational processes
• Experience working with institutional investors, consultants or other sophisticated clients is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors and clients, responding to day-to-day queries and requests.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, account maintenance and related operational processes.
• Work closely with internal teams including Investor Relations, Operations, Fund Accounting, Legal and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate investor reporting, performance information, fund documentation and bespoke client requests.
• Support the completion of operational and due diligence questionnaires, including ODD and investor information requests.
• Manage client data and ensure investor records, documentation and communications are maintained accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve client servicing processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc investor and business development projects as required.

• Relevant experience within client servicing, investor relations, fund operations or a similar role, ideally within a hedge fund or alternative investment manager.
• Strong understanding of the hedge fund investor lifecycle and operational processes.
• Experience working with institutional investors, consultants or other sophisticated clients is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different internal teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
