TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Client Processing Associate for a large wealth management firm! This is a direct hire, hybrid role in the St. Pete area!

Location

St. Petersburg, FL

Responsibilities

• Review advisor-provided data and generate complete, compliant account paperwork for client signatures.
• Process and follow up on brokerage and non-brokerage account requests, including account openings, maintenance, and advisor transitions.
• Deliver high-quality service and operational support to independent financial advisors across the U.S.
• Collaborate with team members through cross-training and provide coverage during high-volume periods.
• Partner with clearing firms to resolve routine processing requests and provide timely status updates.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with advisors in a professional, service-oriented manner.
