Job summary

StretchLab Southtowns (Blasdell) is seeking a high-energy, sales-minded individual who is fitness-minded and loves community and our brand. This is PART-TIME for the Southtowns (Blasdell) location with evening shifts, Fridays and Saturdays.

The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with membership sales by booking intro classes and scheduling current members for future appointments, and will help retain members through follow-up calls.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm appointments for intro classes and member future bookings.
• Greet and check-in clients at the front desk and conduct studio tours.
• Present services to current and prospective members and promote member retention.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and missed classes.
• Participate in pop ups to promote the club and maintain a clean studio environment.

StretchLab Southtowns (Blasdell) is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand! This position is PART-TIME and for the Southtowns (Blasdell) location. It would be evening shifts, Fridays and Saturday.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields - physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more - and brought in the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab's proprietary flexologist ™ training ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has three locations in Southern California with immediate plans for expansion.

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with membership sales by booking new members for intro Classes and current members their future appointments. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members by following up via phone calls. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required, however previous sales experience is required. This position is part-time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretches, retain current membersand retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 4-6hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Make 50 plus phone calls per day

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the General Manager with thesales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm appointments
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in pop ups (when needed) to promote the club
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned
