Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services seeks a Client Services professional for our long-term care pharmacy, serving skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. This external role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, training customers on program rollouts, and building strong facility relationships.

You will ensure HIPAA compliance, perform audits, and act as the single point of contact for customers, with growth opportunities in a mission-driven, 24/7 operations environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations and state of practice or med tech certificate.

Responsibilities

• Identify early warning signs of potential issues and solve problems.
• Conduct customer training to support roll-out of programs and services.
• Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology.
• Build relationships with facility administration and staff.
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned; job duties may vary depending on business needs.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for customers.
• Customer focus visits.
• Medication cart audits.
• Medication room audits.
• Medication cycle fill checks.
