Polaris Pharmacy Services of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Client Services professional to support long-term care facilities, skilled nursing and assisted living. You will educate customers on pharmacy programs, provide training, and act as the primary liaison with facility administration.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong organizational skills, and adherence to HIPAA regulations, with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven, patient-focused company.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations or med tech certificate.
  • Previous pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem solve.
  • Conduct customer training to support roll-out of programs and services.
  • Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology.
  • Build relationships with facility administration and staff.
  • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
  • Single point of contact for customers.
  • Customer-focused visits; medication cart and room audits.
